Laser welding machine-prevent stainless steel from deforming
Laser welding machine is a kind of laser welding machine equipment that uses high-energy laser pulses to locally heat materials in a small range. The energy of laser radiation diffuses into the material through heat conduction, and after melting, a specific molten pool is formed to achieve the purpose of welding.
In recent years, with the continuous expansion of my country's stainless steel market, the consumption of stainless steel plates has increased year by year. For example, in recent years, hot-selling thin-walled stainless steel plates and thin-walled stainless steel plates have penetrated into various manufacturing industries. Laser welding technology of thin-walled stainless steel plates has become an important technology in production and manufacturing. The ease of welding depends on the welding process characteristics of thin-walled stainless steel plates.
In the process of using D stainless steel laser welding machine, manufacturers often encounter the problem of workpiece deformation. The stainless steel plate is locally heated and cooled during the laser welding process, resulting in uneven heating. When the longitudinal shortening of the welding pressure at the edge of the thin plate exceeds a certain value, more serious wave deformation will occur, thus affecting the quality of the workpiece.
The main measures to solve the burning deformation of stainless steel plates during welding are as follows:
(1) Use appropriate welding methods and process parameters to strictly control the heat input of welded joints;
(2) The assembly dimensions should be accurate and the interface gap should be as small as possible. The larger the gap, the easier it is to burn through or form larger solder;
(3) The clamping force causes the workpiece to be heated evenly.
Argon arc welding cannot avoid the deformation of the stainless steel plate, and can only use the backward welding method. The current used should not be too large, and the heating time of the plate should be shortened as much as possible to reduce the deformation of the plate.
