How to adjust?

Because the price of laser marking machines is getting lower and lower, and the barriers to entry are getting lower and lower, there has been a lot of shoddy work, and a considerable part of it is just assembling the machine. Basic debugging and calibration are not available (some of them will not be adjusted at all), of course, the optional accessories are also cheap to choose, including red light.

Red light: it is the so-called indicator light, used for preview positioning before marking.

The choice of red light: generally choose a good red light, no need to adjust the spot size when using. During the use of such red light, there is generally no looseness.

If you already have a machine on your hand, and the red light position shifts, you can take the following remedial measures:

1. Open the cover of the marking machine and loosen the fixed red light screw. If there is a loose gap between the red light and the installation position, you need to wrap the red light outside with a thin tape half or a circle, and then install it enter into fixed seat. If there are screws on the side of the fixing seat, the machine should be locked.

2. Adjust the red light cable to keep it in a natural state and not too tight.

3. Make a frame of about 10X10 mm on the software and place it in the middle to mark.

4. Then click F1 for a red light preview, and see how much MM is the difference between the XY directions.

5. F3 to enter the parameter setting, select other ==》red light.

6. According to the offset position:

Adjust the offset position X, the actual marking position is positive on the right and negative on the left.

Adjust the offset position Y, the actual marking position is positive at the top and negative at the bottom.

7. Move the frame to the four corners to mark, then preview to confirm the red light.

8. If the four corners are not aligned, adjust the size ratio X Y in the figure above, generally adjust to 1.01 or 1.02

9. According to the actual position, fine-tune the offset position X Y.

10. Make sure the four corners, the actual marking position is the same as the red light preview position, it is good for debugging.
